SERIES

Series by definition are designed to be taken consecutively each week in the same time slot and expire 4 months after the first session. (They are not to be confused with a package of sessions.)

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

Your lesson time is reserved for you and others will be turned away for that time so please schedule carefully. An initial assessment once booked, can only be rescheduled once if a minimum of 24 hrs advance notice has been given and must be rescheduled within 10 days of original booking. No exceptions. Series of up to 10 must be taken within 4 months of the first vocal session. 20 series must be taken within 6 months. 
There are no refunds. 

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

If you fail to give 24hr-notice, you will be charged the same price for your lesson. Time is very limited, and early notice is needed to replace your slot. Thank you for your consideration.

CLIENT ACCESS ONLY

Access to the studio is for the singer/client only during the session. Thank you for understanding. If you by chance have been driven to your session by a friend, family member, management, etc., kindly ask them to pick you up after your session, or they can feel free to enjoy a coffee or meal at one of the surrounding cafes or restaurants or wait in the lobby downstairs. The Eastern Columbia Building houses one of  LA Times favorite coffee shops --  just footsteps from our main lobby.

PARKING

Free client parking available during session.

All major credit cards and PayPal. We also accept checks in person after the first session. Please note you must contact me regarding my availability to making a payment. 1st session deposit required at the time of booking. Rates apply to in-person or online.
